Any staff member can set a new security question as needed. To change your security question, click your name in the header of the Staff Member Module.

You can update your security question. If you forget your password, you will be prompted to answer this question to access the software.

  1. Click your name in the header of the Staff Member Module, and then click Set Security Question.

  2. Enter your current password.

  3. Choose a new security question from the Select a Security Question list.

  4. Enter your answer to the selected question. 

  5. Click Save & Close.

Note

  • The answers to security questions are not case sensitive.
