Available Word Warm-ups Section Reports include Word List and Spelling Graphs for any sections in which a student has worked.

To generate Word List or Spelling graphs:

1. Log in to the Staff Member Module.

2. From the navigation menu, select Reports.

3. Click Word Warm-ups Live Reports.

4. Click Student Section Reports.

5. On the Student Word Warm-ups Section Reports page, use column filters and the Search by Group menu to narrow the list of students displayed.

6. Click the Generate button for any student for whom you need a report.

7. In the dialog that opens, use the checkboxes to choose whether you want to see a Word List Graph, a Spelling Graph, or both.

8. In the Section dropdown, choose the section for which you want to see reports. 
   Any section is which the student has worked is present in the list.

9. Click Generate Reports.

Notes

• Graphs display information for exercises in which a student has worked, including any in-progress exercise.

• In order for data to be displayed in a graph, the related step must have been completed by the student. For example, if a student has not yet spelled all the words in the Spelling step for their current exercise, the bar for that exercise will be empty in the Spelling graph.
